How Does it Work?

Use the "Free Home Try-On" button when adding items to your cart. You can try up to 3 items to ensure you get the perfect style!

Enter your card details during checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged yet. We'll use this card when you decide to complete your order.

Once your order arrives, you will have 3 days to try on the items.

We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.

Simply select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.

You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Returns

If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label to your email when you submit your return request.

 

Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.

Please note, if you return all items from the order, a $10 Try Service fee will be applied.

Available in Australia only.

If a return is received that is damaged in any way, it will not be accepted and you will be required to pay the full amount of your order. These packages may be returned to you with a $10 re-shipment fee to cover the new postage cost.
